Family Care Line

If you are concerned about the well-being of a relative or friend in prison, you should provide the establishment with information about your concern so that staff can pay particular attention to that individual.  This may include issues such as threats of suicide or self harm, depression, anxiety problems, drug or alcohol problems or bullying.

When you call the Family Care Line you should give the full name and date of birth of the person you are concerned about as well as their location in the establishment and their prison number, if known.
