Fine defaulters

Fine defaulters are imprisoned for non-payment of a fine and remain in prison for a fixed number of days as specified by the Court or until a fine has been paid.

Fine defaulters are usually accommodated in Lagan House and the induction process tailored due to the relatively short period the person may be detained in custody.
