This section of the site contains details of latest press releases and situation reports in addition to a comprehensive images gallery.

Press releases - press releases issued by the Northern Ireland Prison Service in 2005 and archived by month for previous years.

Situation report - weekly update containing details of the number of prisoners detained, new commitals and discharges and an account of notable incidents during the week and the Prison Service response where appropriate. The report is issued in e zine format to media and subscribers. See newsletter from homepage.

Image gallery - library of images for each establishment and Prison Service Headquarters.

Wanted persons - list of the prisoners currently unlawfully at large (UALS) from prison custody including excapees and those who have failed to return from bail. Details are posted from 2001 when UALS where first published on the Prison Service web site.
